GUARANTEE:

        We offer a three year extended warranty in water proofing, insulation, structure, laminate claddings, sheetrock walls, sealants and windows against any fabrication or construction defect.

   In order to achieve this we establish a 6 month interval maintainance service program, with the first year free of charge. Each additional maintainance service would have a cost according to the job's specification (sealants and joints verification, removal of intemperized sealant, cleaning of well conserved sealant, general revision of the building, etc.).
