We are a medium size family owned company. Our standard procedure involves that all major decisions are taken by the main board, presided over by:

 

 Administrative  Direction

            More than 40 years experience in Industrial, commercial, corporate and residential building.  former associate of WIDISA S.A., construction company since late 60´s that built the VOLKSWAGEN facility in Puebla, among other projects in Mexico like the Telefunken Plant and offices, Knoll laboratories, Merck (Pharmaceutic plant), Atlantis laboratories, Schindler elevators corporate office & plant, Siemens Telecomunications, Promeco Laboratories (Boehringer-Ingelheim) and other corporate offices.                         www.grupowidisa.com.mx

 

Design and Commercial Director

            With a speciality in structural design and 15 year experience in metal buildings, steel structures and metallic architectural siding for industrial, commercial and residential projects. He is in charge of 3d structural design as well as cost estimating and pricing for complete turn-key building projects.

 

 Building Operations Director

            With a masters degree in Architecture and sustainability by the UPC (Barcelona), and a diplomat in "Technical, normative and financial control in public construction", his 8 year expertise includes energy efficiency through passive and active methods, such as shading, natural and efficient lighting, thermal comfort, air conditioning and water cycle management. He is in charge of the Lean Construction Processes of our works.

 

Intelarq also relies in a select group of architects, engineers and administrative personel. A well prepared and strongly commited group of people whom are used to working on continuous improvement  and a quality control method.

Our  lean administration model enables us to expand or contract according to the size and quantity of work we need to execute.

We have clearly defined role descriptions and responsabilities for new career attendants in order to achieve succesfull company expansion and contraction.
